Apple Family Medicine was founded in 2010. Established to provide individualized quality medical care to the surrounding communities, Apple Family Medicine continues to be your Patient Centered Medical Home. As a leader in family medicine, Apple Family Medicine continues to rank in the top 5% of family physicians across Michigan by Blue Cross Blue Shield in providing quality care to you and your family. Dedicated to ensuring your voice is heard, at Apple Family Medicine you are treated like a member of our family. Along with our staff, Drs. Kyle and Bonnie Pline, strive to provide you and your family with technologically advanced and compassionate medical care.

Since our founding, Apple Family Medicine has maintained it’s Patient Centered Medical Home designation. This is in part due to our strong commitment to primary care and to improving medical outcomes for Michigan residents. It also means that we maintain a partnership with our patients for the care we provide. This includes preventative care as well as acute and chronic disease management. It also means that we put you and your family at the center of that care.

In addition to being providers of quality medicine, the physicians at Apple Family Medicine are also osteopathic physicians. Osteopathic medicine emphasizes helping each person achieve a high level of wellness by focusing on health promotion and disease prevention. The osteopathic physicians at Apple Family Medicine also offer the added benefit of hands-on diagnosis and treatment through a system of medicine known as osteopathic manipulative medicine.
